Church Heilig Geist (Heilig-Geist-Kirche)
The secularized Heilig-Geist church was extensively renovated in 2014 and has been available as an official event location in Passau since June 2016. It is now available for the use of different events. Up to 164 people can fit comfortably in the Heilig Geist church.
Redoute Meeting Halls
A classic location, but state-of-the-art technology. Located above the opera house of the Prince Bishop, at the banks of the Inn river and embedded in the Altstadt’s Venetian flair, the elegant Redoute meeting halls are available as versatile venues. Conferences, culture, festivities - these topics describe the broad range of possible uses. From congresses to concerts, from general meetings to weddings.
The Big Hall (267 square metres) offers its users up to 376 seats in row seating, up to 120 seats in classroom-style and up to 235 seats in banquet-style. In a standing reception, up to 350 people fit comfortably in this Hall.
The Small Hall (147 square metres) offers its users up to 160 seats in row seating, up to 75 seats in classroom-style and up to 100 seats in banquet-style. In a standing reception, up to 150 people fit comfortably in this Hall.
Theatre in the Opera House of the Prince Bishop
The opera house of the Prince Bishop is seen as one of the most exclusive venues in the CITY_OF_THREE_RIVERS. Here, the beauty and grace of the Early Classicism and the opportunities of modern stage equipment are brought together. The opera house of the Prince Bishop brings an extraordinary glamour to challenging and representative events in particular.
Please note that renting the opera house is only possible outside of the theatre’s operation and rehearsal hours.

In the city’s centre, with a direct connection to the pedestrian zone and the university of Passau, the Klostergarten is located. Surrounded by a tree-lined avenue with a big grassed area and a remarkable water fountain, the Klostergarten qualifies for many different events.
